Jackson Mahomes Sexual Assault Allegations Against Aspen Vaughn
Patrick’s brother has been a topic of several controversies, one being the allegations of sexual assault against a restaurant owner. In March 2023, a 40-year-old woman named Aspen Vaughn claimed that Jackson sexually assaulted her. The alleged incident took place on February 25, 2023, at Aspen’s Restaurant and Lounge in Overland Park, 12 miles south of Kansas City.
Jackson Mahomes is not a homosexual.Aspen mentioned that he forcibly kissed her while she tried to push him off saying what he was doing and did it twice. Explaining the incident to Kansas City Star,
“He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere. And I’m telling him, pushing him off saying, ‘What are you doing?“
She further explained,
“Then he proceeded to do it two more times where the last time I was pushing him off and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door and I was yelling for them to come help because he’s big and massive.“
According to her, she tried her best to talk him out of it saying he was just a child but Jackson said, “We should be a power couple.” The restaurant owner even provided video footage of Jackson assaulting Vaughn.
But according to Mahomes and his lawyer Brandan Davies, the allegations are false. Furthermore, Davies said they have provided law enforcement with enough evidence to support their claims.
